How it works?

Once you complete the request below, it will be emailed to our BBB staff. We will review the request, and based on your request we will forward the form to up to three BBB members in your area that provide the goods or services you require.* Those members will contact you to provide the service or information you requested.

In compliance with the BBB Privacy Policy, the Upstate New York BBB will use the information you provide below only for the purposes for which you have given permission.
