How to complain ABOUT the BBB

As we state in our reliability reports, most companies have some complaints.

Well, the BBB is no different.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Your completed complaint form will be directed to the BBB staff.

If we are not able to satisfy your complaint, the Council of Better Business Bureaus accepts complaints about local Bureaus. They can be reached at 4200 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209.

But please give us a crack at it first.
